A unique event provided a collaboration space for ULTRA EVENTS and STREAMSTUDIO in Cape Town, and EVENTCAST STUDIO in Johannesburg. The National Science and Technology Forum awards evening was co-hosted in both cities and broadcast out on the Zoom platform in JHB. ULTRA provided a stage, high resolution LED screens, audio, lighting, camerawork and streaming from the STREAMSTUDIO team. All the event content such as videos and presentations were handled by the EVENTCAST team, with ULTRA providing a custom autocue system for hosts and presenters at the Cape Town Event. Hybrid events are here to stay, and ULTRA is prepared to meet any challenge with innovative solutions.
